About Us
In
1948, Jack and Margaret Westfall founded Westfall Wheel
in Ontario, Oregon to offer a new business specializing
in wheel alignment, suspension
repair, and frame straightening. From a humble beginning
over 60 years ago, the company has grown into the most
respected frame and precision alignment firm in the
Pacific Northwest.
When we say ‘specialize’ we mean it. No
vehicle, regardless how damaged, has ever been refused.
And, for decades, many regional frame and alignment
shops have sent difficult jobs to us for proper analysis
and repair. Virtually every type of vehicle including
golf carts, go carts, tractors, trailers, containers,
combines, swathers, cement trucks, forklifts, rock
crushers and cranes have been successfully restored by
our highly trained personnel. While we see an enormous
number of big rigs and trailers, motor homes, travel
trailers, and motorcars, our craftsmen can analyze,
restore, repair, or align anything.
From 1948 until 1981, the Westfalls enlarged and
improved Westfall Wheel and Frame by adding new
equipment, certified technicians, and new services
driven by two key motivators:
Safety and
Mileage. Guided by the
principles of
durability, safety and operating efficiency
the Westfalls developed an enterprise unlike any other
in the automotive industry. New procedures were
introduced that continue to save customers time and
money while making them safer.
For example, straightening axle housings in
the vehicle, straightening truck frames instead of
replacing them, and repairing bent backhoe buckets
instead of installing new ones offered an entirely new
approach to an industry keen on costly replacements.
Since 1981 Jack and Margaret’s son Rod Westfall and
his wife Shelley have continued with the same commitment
to precision analysis and innovative repair driven by a
dedication to
durability, fuel
economy, safety, and true craftsmanship that is
rarely found anymore.
The company provides specialty frame services,
brakes, suspension repair and wheel alignment on any
vehicle that can fit in the door. Bottom line, our
certified technicians can work magic on cars, trucks
recreational vehicles, and every type of trailer, as
well as farm and industrial equipment.
Over 60 years from its humble beginning, the company
remains dedicated to practical, precision service at a
reasonable cost. We would be honored to help restore
your frame, steering or suspension and certify they are
road worthy and safe. We would be proud to work with
you.
